i have downloaded a copy of elements 18 and tried to register/activate it but everytime i get invalid serial number for elements 18

i am having trouble i purchased a copy and activation serial number from a supplier but everytime i try to activate the software i get invalid serial number

    I have finally solved my problem with the help of this forum and my supplier the serial numbers i had been given would not work on elements 18 because they were elements 19 serials so once i removed 18 and installed 19 it was a go.

    Where did you buy it from?
