I have got wrong serial number

I have installed Photoshop Elements 2022 on my Mac.

I get the message "invalid serial number" when I try to activate the program.

The serial number I got when I purchased is marked Elements 2023, maybe this is the problem.

How do I change?

If you have purchased Elements 2023, I suggest you delete the trial version of Elements 2022 and download Elements 2023 from here.

You can't use a PSE 2023 serial number on PSE 2022.

Adobe no longer sells PSE 2022.
