I have photoshop 14 and would like to edit raw files. I downloaded a plugin and installed it but I can't get it to work in my photoshop program. What step am I missing?

I have photoshop elements 14 and would like to edit raw files.  I downloaded the plugin but I can't  get to work in the program.  what step am I missing?

    What plugin did you install?

    Where are the RAW files from?

    Do you have the 14.1 update installed?

    Plug in 9.1.1, the raw files are from a Nikon D750.  I have 14.0, how do I upgrade to 14.1?

    You don't need any extra plugins to open D750 Raw files in PSE14.

    The D750 was first supported in Camera Raw 8.7. PSE14 shipped with Camera Raw 9.0. So PSE14 can open D750 Raw files out of the box. No updates required.

    What trouble are you having? I

    f you're using Nikon software to get Raw files from camera to computer, try eliminating the Nikon software form your workflow. Use a card reader instead.
