I have tried to get started with Photoshop Elements Organizer and have made mistakes. How can I delete everything that I have done and be able to start again with a clean slate? Thank you

If you made mistakes in a catalog, you can simply start a new, empty one from the menu File >> Manage catalogs.

If that works as expected, you can delete the faulty catalog later.
