I just purchased the Photoshop Elements Upgrade and impossible to install software

I just purchased the Photoshop Elements Upgrade and impossible to install software. I received a payment conformation email from PayPal, but no email with installment link, and no record of the purchase with my Adobe account. What am I to do, this is very frustrating and poor service. Its a joke I guess.

    After about 10 minutes I received an email from Adobe with my license number for the new purchase of the Photoshop Elements 2023. So I was able to go to a download page and downloaded the software and I was prompted for the license code and so far it all works fine.
