I'm having a couple of problems with PE 2023.

1) The buttons don't work in Organizer.

2) No option to send photos via email..

Please explain the problems you are having in more detail.

 

As far as email is concerned, you can still email from the Organizer.  But if you want to use the Editor, you need to upload the file to the Elements Web and then you can email from there.
