I may need to re-install Photoshop and Premier Elements 2024 on a new hard drive.

I need to temporarily deactivate my licenses for PS and PE Elements 2024.
I’m getting ready to send my computer to Dell for service. This may require them to replace the hard drive. If this happens, I want to reinstall the apps on the new hard drive. Last year, I had my computer serviced, and PS Elements stopped working with a license error saying I had installed it on too many computers. Support said there was no way to unlock it, and my only option was to buy 2025. After pushing and pushing, the support team was able to give me a new serial number for PS 2024. I don’t want this to happen again. I want to deactivate before sending my computer away and free up my license to reinstall if I have to. I looked at my products page online, but didn’t see any way to turn it off for this computer until I get it back.
