I have purchased a new Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018.....and I have it in my computer....but it will not let me install it until I purchase it.  I bought my 2018 Adoabe Photoshop on the internet....it is already paid for......but you will not let me install it until I pay for it.....I have been working for over an half hour and can get NO HELP FROM ADOBE......PLEASE HELP ME INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY OR i WILL BE RETURNING IT PDQ!!!

    Hello Donald,

    For resolution, lets try few things first:

    Can you download the Photoshop Elements 2018 from https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-downloads.html

    And try installing this with the Serial number you got when you purchased the build.

    Let me know if you face this issue again.
