I own Adobe Elements 2020 on OSX, how can I upgrade to 2024?

I purchase Adobe Elements 2020 for OSX back in 2020. I'd like to try new features like photo merge etc in 2024 version. How can I upgrade?? Or is Adobe screwed me yet again with no upgrade path and only on-line subscription services.

    PSEv.2024 is not a subscription. One you make the purchase, you own it.
