I own PSE 2020. My computer broke. I have no way of receiving my program or serial numbers. How can I get program and info for new computer?

I'm not exactly sure what your problem is.  Your Adobe.com account is the email address you used to open it.  If you have lost your password for the account, I am sure there is a lost password link when you try to sign in.  If you are looking for the program file to download, this link will take you to the Products page of your Adobe.com account. There you will find download links for your registered products and the serial numbers for each.
