I own this product Why am I being asked to use a trial period or enter a registration number

Question

Dell and Microsoft have been doing continuing changes to my laptop (WIN10). When I try to open Photoshop Elements 14 I get a message allowing me to enter a registraion number or start a free trial. I own the program. How do I get out of this technology hell? (I started the 30 day trial last night because I ahd to get some work done.)

Sometimes, system changes cause your license to be forgotten. Just enter your serial number again and it will be fine until the next time. You will probably have to get up to date soon, Microsoft has little interest in keeping old apps working.
