I paid by credit card this morning for photoshop elements 15 and premier elements 15 I have had a great deal of difficulty unsuccessfully trying to download these two programmes. After paying I was handed over to first one and then another

The telephone connection was very very poor and I feel that the men lost patience. I was cut off prematurely from the chat line (Mahesh) Now I have no confirmation that I have in fact paid, I have no serial number and no programmes downloaded. Please help me to sort this mess out.
