I purchased ADOBE PREMIERE ELEMENTS 2020 from BEST BUY and received a Redemption Code that will not work. Since the redemption code will not work, I cannot get a serial number. What now?

I suggest you contact Best Buy and tell them their Redemption Code doesn't work.

The serial number will start 1057 (24 numbers, no letters)

If you have a redemption code (comprising numbers and letter) you need to convert it into a serial key.

Go to this link and enter a redemption code.

Thanks, this is a redemption code that will not work. The message is: The code you entered is invalid. Please try again. I've tried 5 times. I assume a crossed 0 means zero, otherwise all capitals.

What do you mean when you say it will not work? A redemption code is different than a serial number. Check out this page for help with your code.
