I purchased Photoshop Elements 26 yesterday. The download I eventaully got was Photoshop 2022

Question

This is the email I got - the pictures would not download so I clicked the coded box at the bottom right-hand side.

It took me to a page where I entered the Redemption Caode, which in turn took me to a page to download the software.

This is what I got:

Thankfully it didn't install which is when I noticed it was 2022 not the 2026 I had purchased.

Would be really grateful for you advice and assistance.

Yeah, not an adobe problem.You absolutely gotta deal with the Office works folk. Hopefully you got it from the Australian Office works.I always recommend purchases be made directly from Adobe, not a “favorite retailer”- quite often users have issues like this, and that favorite retailer is your only choice of support. Not a good idea to post things like product keys and redemption codes online. Scammers have probably already used the product key, which means you can’t use it and are out your money.
