I purchased the plugin Jigsaw Puzzle Creator - Pro and being charged $1.99 per month. The plugin is horrible and I want to cancel. How do I do that? Any advice will Help.

I just want to cancel a subscription to a plugin.  Jigsaw Puzzle Creator - Pro.  The plugin is horrible but I don’t see a place to cancel the $1.99 per month I’m being charged.  Help

    That’s one of the issues when you purchase plugins designed for photoshop, and not photoshop elements.  The plugins generally work, but sometimes they don’t, and sometimes the simply are pretty bad.

    To cancel your purchase and request a refund, contact asupport@adobe.com within 14 days. Include your Order ID beginning with ‘ADO’ in the subject line of your email. You can find your Order ID on the invoice email you received from Adobe Exchange Support when you purchased the application. After 14 days of purchase, refunds are not available.

    There is even a link on the product page about cancelling/ getting a refund.
