I require Adobe to re-send Photoshop Elements 14 for a re-install. Trying to stop the Trial Run.

I require Adobe to re-send me the Photoshop Elements 14 so I can re-install it.   I had to deinstall because whenever I attempted to activate it, I received the Trial Run window, but it was bought and paid for already.
