I see photoshop elements 2022 does not work with Mojave is that true?

I was going to upgrade to adobe photshop elements 2022 as I have 2021. But still running Mojave and I see it only works with 10.5 and up is that so?

Yes it's true and will definitely not install on macOS Mojave.
