I've had Photo Elements 6 on my computer for years. Now it won't open.

Hello - I've had Photoshop Elements 6 on my computer for years.  Now it won't open.  How can I access my photos?

    If they are not psd files, they should open in any photo editor or Windows Picture Viewer.

    Did you recently upgrade your Operating System? What OS do you have?

    I have Windows 7.  Several weeks ago, an online computer tech examined my computer to remove a virus.  Before that, I was able to open the PS program.

    The virus may have done damage or the tech may have removed some files.

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling PSE 6.
