Im trying to download Elements 2018 from CD. How do I start download?

The CD on Elements 2018 does not start downloading automatically. Do I have to go someplace/click something before it starts loading?

In case if you still find issues, please share some more information like error prompts or anything that you see when you try to run the setup.

or In case if you want to save your time, You can download the setup from here: Download Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14

and use the same serial key behind the back of the DVD box to license during installation process.

Hi,

Which system are you running on?

Windows 10 tends to stop autorun for CD/DVD although it may give you the option of what to do.

If not, use file explorer to locate you CD/VD player, right click on it and select Install or run program from your media

Autorun is a security issue. you should disable that anyhow.

Download from a CD? You simply install from a CD. No need to download.
