"image tag" vs. Keyword and other tags in Organizer

Question

Can someone explain the difference between the tags shown as Keywords, People TAGS Places TAGS, Events TAGS,  shown when tags are selected in the right Keyword/Info panel, and Image tags which are shown at the bottom whether its showing Tags or Info? and what is different about Keywords that they are not shown as Keyword TAGS?  Is it just that the word tags is added in the panel to differentaite from the "Media / People / Places /Events across the top?

Ok I see the answer to the first question now - "Image tags" just shows what tags have ALREADY been put on a selected image, and allow a new tage to be created for it.
