Images for effects, styles, and graphics messed up

I'm having a really weird problem with thumbnails. All my backgrounds have the same image! Obviously it's really hard to find what I want. I've already tried uninstalling and redownloading elements 2022. Still have the same problem. I've been reading about some other graphics problems that may be because of upgrading to macos sonoma. Anyone else have this problem and can it be fixed??

Adobe supports the newest version (pse 2024) and the previous version (pse 2023).    It's always been like that.   It would be extremly rare for any fixes to be issued for PSE 2023.

It's bad news:  If you have sonoma You need to get the latest version.  Adobe will not "issue a fix"-- your only "fix" available is to purchase the latest version.
