import/convert catalog after upgrade from pse12 to pse18

Staying on the same iMac I recently upgraded from Photoshop Elements 12 to Photoshop Elements 2018. Now I cannot retrieve the catalog from PSE12 in PSE18. In some of the messages I read use convert, and than click on 'find catalog' but there is no 'find catalog' button.

How to proceed ?

    You would see "Find More Catalogs" like in the screenshot below:

    Convert catalog

    Click on this button and navigate to the location of your PSE 12 catalog.

    If you have converted that catalog earlier already, click on the checkbox "Show Previously Converted Catalogs". It would list such catalogs in list area.

    Unfortunately my window looks like this

    with the missing 'find more catalogs'. Clicking on 'Refer here' brings me to the user manual.
