I cannot import from my HP Wireless scanner. No WIA compatible device is detected. I was able to import using an older dell computer. I just got a new dell and cannot import a photo in Photoshop from the same scanner. Any help will be appreciated.

Can you scan and save the output to a folder on the desktop, then import the file into
Photoshop Elements?
What happens when you connect the scanner to the computer via cable vs. wireless modality?
Do you have the latest driver for the scanner? You can check on the HP website.
