Import von Bildtiteln

Ich möchte Bildtitel, die ich in Photoshop Elements 13 erstellt habe, in Photoshop Elements 2023 importieren, finde aber keine Unterstützung dazu, wie auch die ganze Support-Geschichte bei Adobe extrem kompliziert aufgebaut ist.

Hi Roger.  Have you converted your Elements 13 catalog to Elements 2023?  Normally, this will happen automatically when you first launch Elements 2023.  If not, go to File>Manage Catalogs and click the Convert button.  A new dialog will open and you should then select the Elements 13 catalog and click the Convert button.

 

Once the catalog is converted, all of your existing captions should show up.  If you don't have the Elements 13 Catalog available, the captions should still be available and show up in Elements 2023 when you import the file, IF you wrote the metadata to file in Elements 13.

Vielen Dank für die schnelle Antwort. Ich habe bei Aufforderung den Katalog konvertiert und auf Grund deiner Antwort das Ganze noch einmal gemacht, aber leider ohne Erfolg. Die Bildtitel Habe ich in die dafür vorgesehenen Felder eingetragen, ich nehme also an, dass sie hätten mitkonvertiert werden sollen. Ich überlege, Photoshop 2023 komplett zu deinstallieren und die Installation nochmals vorzunehmen, da ich den Eindruck habe, dass ein Fehler mitgeschleppt wurde.
