Importation d'une photo dans photoshop élèment

Bonjour.  Je ne peux plus importer de photo dans photoshop élèment. L'écran clignote en blanc. J'ai essayé avec des RAW et JPEG en direct ou par ligntroom. Le résultat est le même.

Which version of Lightroom and operating system are you using? Since when are you seeing this issue?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps at your end?
