Importation de fichiers multimédia avec la legende

Question

Mon elements organizer est organisé comme suit : un dossier par année et chaque année fait l'objet d'un catalogue. Lorsque j'importe chacun de mes dossiers "années" dans un unique nouveau catalogue, je perds les légendes de mes 30.000 photos.

Y a t'il une astuce pour les importer dans le nouveau catalogue ?

I don't use captions, so I'm not sure what will happen.  But, if you have not done so already, try saving the metadata to the files by selecting them and pressing Ctrl+W.   You may want to try a small batch to see whether they will transfer to the new catalog with the captions.  If it works, you should also select the files in batches, perhaps a year at a time, to perform the write metadata to files command.
