Importing Catalogue PSE 14 --> PSE 2018

Hi!

Having in PSE 14 about 10.000 Pics in the Catalogue.

After installing PSE 2018, starting the organizer wants to load my media – files (not the (old) catalogue).

I was able to find the catalogue directory (C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Elements Organizer\Catalogs\Mein Katalog 2\), but now the meanwile 2 catalogues have NO pictures (neither in PSE 14 nor in PSE 2018)…

Should I restore the catalogue via Windows backup? In the above written directory??

After updating to PSE 2018 dosn´t recognize the catalogue.

What Name has the catalogfile (PSE 14)??

Which file(s) do I have to restore?

Restoring the files dosn´t help for PSE14, so I can work with PSE14 and afterwards I try to import in PSE 2018….

Copy the old files does also NOT help...
