Importing facebook photos

When trying to add photos I have downloaded from facebook to the organizer they import as broken files, How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    For the files for which you see the thumbnails as broken, select them, right click and select Update Thumbnails for Selected Items.

    Please try this and let me know if this works.

    No, this did not seem to work. I also have some photos from facebook that won’t even be added to the organizer at all, they say they are in a format that is not supported, but they are only just jpeg format. Thank yu for getting back to me so quickly

    Okay.

    So please mention the size and resolution of these files for which thumbnails are broken.

    You can check this by selecting this file, Open right (Keyword/Info) panel, go to Information tab.

    Under general section, check and report the Size field to me.

    Also it would be helpful if you can confirm if these files at opening fine in your OS's image viewer.
