Importing imags

How can I get the photo's from the photo file (I believe it is an app) into elements? I am running windows 10 and element 13. The app on the task bar looks like two peaks.

    Hi,

    You can import photos in Elements Organizer from:

    1. Files and Folders

    2. Camera or Card reader

    3. Scanner

    4. In bulk.

    You can not import from other apps in Elements Organizer.

    Thanks for your reply, but it does not help. I am trying to get images from "photo", which is on the taskbar as 2 peaks in white, into elements. When I try the location is not there. Can you help please? I am not a PC boffin so please make it easy! Peter.
