Recently purchased Photoshop Elements 2019 and have not been able to import photos. When importing photos to the organizer I get the message "Elements Organizer does not support the color space in the file..." What can I do to import my photos?

Try going to Edit>Color Settings dialog and perhaps change the setting to No Color Management.

As I suspected, this odd message has probably nothing to do with your real problem.

Anyway, the option ' No color management' is very rarely useful. It can result in... anything about color.

I have not been successful in importing multiple files from my computer

into the organizer. I can import the same files into the editor.

Could you precisely answer all my previous questions?

1 - you can't import ANY file in the organizer, including jpegs from your camera/phone or already in your computer?

2 - You can't open such a file in the editor directly?

3 - Are you able to display those files with your Internet browser?

4 - If only some files display that message, where do they come from, with which camera/phone were they taken?

The error message may be relevant to the precise issue with the files you want to import... or not.
