Bonjour,

Je viens d'installer Photoshop element 2024 bet j'ai voulu faire un essai de colorisation d'une photo noir et blanc. Mais j'ai un message d'erreur me disant que la fonction n'a pas été télécharger ou problème de connexion internet (voir photo jointe). Ma connexion internet est bonne. Que se passe t-il ?

@BrunoMnr , please make sure that the Adobe "employee" is a genuine Adobe person.  If you were contacted by a private message and given an email address that is anything other than @Adobe.com, it is probably a scammer.

If you installed the program within the past three weeks, you would have downloaded the most recently updated version of Elements 2024.  That update has been causing a number of problems for users, particularly those installing a French, German or Japanese version.   (The update enabled the Elements Web for those languages.)  Although I haven't seen your particular problem mentioned before, it clearly could be caused by the same bug.

 

I suggest you download and install the earlier version of the program and turn off automatic updates.  A download link and further instructions can be found in this post.  Please report back if it solves your problem.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I'll try to do that you advice in few days after sending an email to adobe support (an other advice from adobe employee)

Bonjour,

Hier, malgré avoir stoppé mon antivirus pui essayé avec la touche Maj (shift), j’avais toujours le même message. 

Aujourd’hui cela fonctionne  (it works 😊), donc cela semblait bien être un problème de serveur.
