Impossible to introduce key products in use macbook pro 16 inch

after to load adobe photo element 2020 on macbook pro 16 inchs, it is impossible to introduce the key product. The numeric keybord is not reconise

I try to do that, but it was impossible. impossible to do copy and past. I solved the problem by a keybord modification. To introduce the code, i used a canadian Keybord. This keybord have only a numeric keys, not two values for the same key.

Can you copy & paste the serial number using Ctrl+C (Cmd+C)

Then click in the first box and press Ctrl+V (Cmd+V)
