In Elements 14 Photo Editor, The Pop-Menu Keeps Spontaneously Appears When I Click on Mouse.

I have been working with Elemements 14 Photo Editor for a long time. Now, whenever I click on the mouse to move an object, the Pop-Up menu keeps appearing. Not only trying to move an object, but to transform it. The menu too appears whenever I were to click on the other tools in my toolbox or my layer box. This is getting frustrating and it delaying me further to completing my works. 

Any ways, to stop this from happening further would be helpful.
