in PE 2021 in GUIDED/B&W COLOR POP
"Click anyof the color presets below.."  this works fine 
but
"Select Custom Color" when click the button nothing happens, no color choices used this this past week.

 

any ideas ?  thanks

If it was previously working for you, try resetting the preferences file. Go to Edit>Preferences>General tab and click the Reset Preferences on next launch button.  This will bring the program back to its out-of-the-box state.

No that didn't work re launched and re booted
every button on that screen works but "Select Custom Color"
