Install APE15 Problems

Downloaded Elements 15 from Adobe site and did not get S/N or option to buy.  Went round and round trying to get help!  Tried to install on Trial and failed there also. I have an Adobe ID and PW but they did not ask for either.  HOW CAN I GET THEM TO HELP?????

    Adobe only sells the current version, which is PSE2018.

    You can download previous versions if you have already bought them from Adobe or other suppliers. In your case, you should buy the older version from other providers such as Amazon. You use the help menu to 'sign in' and enter the license key received by the vendor. If you have already installed the trial version, you don't need to reinstall, only to enter the license key.

    Michael, Thanks for the reply.  However I could not find any APE15 For Mac available anywhere, including Amazon.  Thought I had found it at B&H Photo but it had been discontinued.

    Where I downloaded the .dmg file was helpx.adobe.com.  Opened the download, clicked on the Installer and they wanted a S/N which was not sent to me by Adobe.  I tried all kins of things to get a phone number or chat lint at Adobe but found NOTHING.  If they offer it for download, they ought to have a way to install it!!!

    No, the download option is only a service for users who have bought it and need to reinstall, for instance after changing computer or after a crash.

    Furthermore, there is no support option from Adobe for older versions except the present user to user forum.
