Install from new disk
Purchased elements 2020 on disk.
Installed but will not run.
Error code 213:11
Problem with licensing.
How do I solve.

Thanks to tech Dave, problem was resolved after many hours. Problem was with a prior installation of elements 7. Once deleted, reinstall worked fine. Had to remove all other adobe products installed as well.
