Install on a MAC with a key from windows 10

I bought Elements 2020 for Windows 10. Can I use the same key to install it on a MAC desktop?

If you bought a download from Adobe, I believe it is platform specific, so you can't use a Windows serial for a Mac.  If you purchased a box version, it comes with disks for both platforms and the same serial can be used for both.  There may different licensing issues in different geographic regions.
