install on mac

I recently purchased the photoshop elements 15 and i can't get it to download. I have the updated mac yosemite so I'm not sure why it says safari can't open it. I just want to work on some photos but this has been such a hassle! Please help!

    Hi Pemrick23,

    Could you please download the Photoshop Elements from above link and re-install the application again? If this doesn't fix the issue could you please share screenshot or recording video with us for the issue?
