Install Ph 15

I have installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 15. But I can not start the program without getting the following info:

Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 has stopped working

One problem caused the program to stop functioning properly. The program closes and you will be notified if there is any solution to the problem.

What am I doing wrong?

You can also try the following steps

- Open CMD as "Administrator"

- Type this command netsh winsock reset

- Hit Enter

- Restart your machine

- Open Elements & check

Try updating or rolling back your video driver directly from the card manufacturer's site.
