Install PS Elements 11 on new PC

I bought Elements 11 several years ago from Costco. I can't find a serial number anywhere on the package, nor on a card inside. How can I recover the serial number from my old hard drive (I still have it) and install it on the new PC?

The Adobe Registration page recognizes me but it doesn't list the PSE registration.

I believe there is supposed to be a Redemption card with a code that you use to get the serial number.
