Install PSElements 13 to Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1
I don't seem able to install. Still possible? How? Any advice much appreciated. Thank you.

Simply won't happen, please stop trying, you are trying to do something that can't be done.
With 13.5.1 you need the latest version of PSE.
