Install sort of works, but only asks if I want to download trail version

I downloade the premiere elements 2024.  I installed it by clicking the download button from my account on adobe.  After the install when I click "Photo Editor" button, it asks if I want to download the trial version.  Now where does it ask for the serial number durring the install or after I open the app on my computer.

 

How do I get the paid version installed and working?

Premeir elements is the video editor-- you would need to install Photoshop Elements for that link on the home screen to start the editor.    PSE is a seprate purchase (unless you purchased the bundled version which contains both programs).
