I bought Photoshop Elements 10 years ago.  The computer I used for this program crashed.  Now, I need to install it in a Macbook pro m1.  But I don´t have the purchase original email.  I already contacted Adobe but they gave me no option. I don´t have a link, serial number or purchase number.

 

What can I Do?

Any version of Elements more than two years old will not work on your new computer. You will have to buy Elements 2023.

 

If you registered your old program with Adobe, you will find the serial number on the Products page of your profile.  This link will take you to the Products page of your Adobe.com account.  If you are able to find your registered version there, you will be able to purchase the latest version of Elements at a discount.
