Try to install PSE2020 trial and having an error message - 501?

What should I do?

See if this article helps you.  Although this relates to CC, the error message you are seeing should be a similar problem.  Are you trying to install with another version of Elements open?  Or are you trying to install both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements?
