Installation of Camera Raw Elements 13.0 update for PSE 2020

Can't install Camera Raw Elements 13.0 update for PSE 2020 on my iMac. Running macOS Big Sur. When I click "install", get message "There is no application set to open the URL..... " Now can't close PSE 2020 editor without doing force quit. Need information to complete installation or how to dismiss the update.
