Hello,

I am trying to install PSE 2021 on my PC (Win 10, Firefox). At the beginning of the process I'm asked to activate Javascript. But Javascript is activated!

I ahave restarted the PC: no change!

Can you help me?

Hello,

As I told ou in my last mail I did not find the way to use PSE 2021. So I tried to went back to my old PSE 8. It does not work.

Since I have downloaded PSE 2021 it is impossible to launch PSE 8!!

Please help

Thanks for Sharing the screenshot. I can see the error, but I can also see the field to enter your Adobe Id.

Are you able to get past this screen after entering your Adobe Id?

Also please try the below and let me know if it works:

1. Turn Off internet

2. Launch Installer and see if you can install the application.

We are doing this check if it's an issue with the sign-in screen, so if that is the case, then in offline mode that screen would not be visible.

In case if none of it works, you can try to install the application silently from command prompt. I would share the steps for it, if you can help me with the findings for above noted points.
