Installation photoshop element

Bonjour je viens d'acheter photoshop élément et premier element, lors de l'installation adobe refuse les numéros de serie qui m'ont été envoyé. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé, pas d'évolution. Je suis sous mac OS 10.15.7

Are you using the proper serial number for the proper product?

 

Are you sure you have a serial number and not a redemption code?
