Installation Photoshop Elements PSE 13

J'essaie de réinstaller PSE 13 avec mon CD d'installation et le numéro de série compatible pour 3 ordinateurs, j'ai le message "Nous ne pouvons pas valider ce numéro de série pour Adobe Photoshop Elements 13. Contactez le Service Clientele.". Le numéro de série figure bien dans les produits enregistrés, mais ne remonte pas dans appareils activés.

Impossible de joindre le service clientèle, pas de contact

Normally, you are only allowed to license the program on 2 computers, not 3.  It is possible that you have exceeded the number of activations, particularly if you did not sign out of the program before the reinstallation.  (You haven't explained why you need to reinstall.)
