I am trying to install Photyoshop Elements 2022 on a new laptop. Installation has failed twice, and each time the Error Code is 215 - which does not appear in the list of errors. What is the problem, pelasae?

Thanks for the advice. I sopke to an Adobe agent, who came to the same conclusion and helped me disable the firewall while I was installing the program.
