Installation problem with Editor 2022

Just donwlodaded Adobe photoshop elements 2022. Organizer is opening but not Editor. What is the solution?

1. Machine and OS details

2. Are you seeing any particular error screen?

3. Did you see any Activation screen when trying to launch Editor?
